Great stuff. Love the VW.

Nice van Nic! Stop cranking 'em out so fast! You're making me look lazy!

Beautiful sketches Nic. The Stephane-style VW Bus is great, it's got the same type of personality and looseness that Stef brings to everything he draws. You're really growing in leaps and bounds.

Really nice group sketch, Nic. Love the shapes and thick outline. A good style-variation.

Nic, this Van is mine, I'll come and pick up the original drawing soon :) Beautiful.
Tres jolis croquis! (how's your French going?)

Thank you guys.
Vince I appreciate that. - After the UK chaps left SF Rich and I saw this old rusty VW and had to take a break from drawing buildings and draw it for Stef. Rich posted his version on his blog too. I normally don't draw cars, but tried to apply Stef's way of thinking in not just drawing some car, but its character too, as with anything else. So I am glad you like.
Stef, nous avons volé la voiture. Nous enverrons il pour cadeau de mariage.
oui? :D

Aww...so sweet. He said you're not as good as he is, and kinda funny looking.

The most amazing thing about Nic's blog is, she was asleep the whole time. How do you do it????

Nicolette Davenport said...

Aw, that is sweet. Thanks Rich!
I think I told Stef we saw a vulture in the avenue and he should pour water on his head during his wedding.
Tan, only half asleep. But I cant believe you stayed awake long enough to comment!!! :-p

What language Rich is speaking? :)

It's Thai, but I still have no idea what he wrote.
