Nicely designed , Nic. The only suggestion I'd make is to darken the figure a bit more to make it stand out better, instead of blending with the background.
I can tell you are from warm lands, because no one would want to sit on the snow, when it is winter in ( what looks like Russia) ;) it's wet and very cold. :D
