Cafe Pas - It's funny, I didn't intend them as dark, I just had fun drawing on black for a change. :)
Thanks Jeff - I'm a frequent visitor of your blog as well.
Vince, glad you like - It's different for me. Lately I'm sketching a strange curvy outer form, and from there figuring where an eye, or a nose, or an ear would be and filling them in using lines until it takes the shape of [deformed] face. Trying to embrace drawings that don't necessarily turn out pretty or pleasing, but think maybe they are leading me somewhere?....who knows. :)
I like all of these wonky distorted faces you've been drawing! Very psychedelic! But then again, I like all of your stuff! You have a nice array of styles Nic. :)

So, this is what's been in your mind lately?
Very dark & intriguing. The only humans I can think who look similar are politicians.
More thoughts!
I agree, the line is the skeleton behind any great work of art. Without a skeleton, the body will collapse!
Nice blog!
I love the look of these, Nic. How were they created?
